TwitterBuzz uses Twitter's API to obtain this information, then organizes the links so that you can view them on their site; links are sorted in order of decreasing popularity. Twessenger is a new tool for Twitter users that lets you automatically update your Windows Live Messenger personal message in response to your most recent Twittering. Since the service integrates with Windows Live Messenger, you'll need to have both a Twitter account and a Windows Live Messenger account in order to be able to use Twessenger.
