Adobe's AIR runtime, which lets developers create rich and varied internet apps, is rapidly becoming popular across the web. In classic Mac fashion, Photonic has a cool, elegant interface (it uses Core Animation for graphic effects) which makes it a breeze to upload and manage your Flickr photos.
