Here’s how it works: Start by going through the contacts in your phone. Select the people that you want to stay in contact with more regularly and then schedule how often you want to reach out to them. (Extra step: delete the rest or move their contact info to another storage space. If you can’t even bother to schedule times to chat with them, do you really need their info in your phone?)
There’s a phone call, text, and Facebook option at the moment, so you not only get to choose how often you want to contact people but also how you want to reach out. Pro tip: If it’s your mom, we recommend at least once a week, on the phone. College friends in other cities can get like, twice a week FB messages.
