Zanpo is an online game, a virtual world and a social network all in one. The software allows the user to create his own city and become the Mayor.

There are many styles of cities on offer, and these include “Eden of Joy”, “Fantasy City”, “Muffin Island” and “Fareline Ville”. Once the city has been created, you might enter the builder ranking, according to how many blocks you used in order to set up your city. Moreover, users vote on each other’s city, and the results can be checked online. Interaction is furthered by the section entitled “Community”. A set of different forums can be found therein, and members can discuss about each city as well as make plans and debate on what features should be added to the already existing ones. There is also a related section entitled “The Mayor’s Press Room” where announcements, proclamations and decrees can be found. This part of the site is also where complaints and demands should be addressed to by city residents.
