Mapitat.com – Find Places To Rent

Mapitat.comMapitat is here to make it easier for everybody to find a place to rent that they can afford, and that they also really like. Finding rentals can take so long that I’m sure you can tell a good couple of stories of friends who ended up renting places out of sheer frustration. Well, this new site is here to prevent such a thing from ever happening to you. On Mapitat.com you can look for apartments to rent, based on lots and lots of different criteria. First of all (and as it was only to be expected) you can look them up by price. A slider is provided for you to make it clear how much you really can afford. And then, you can tweak with criteria such as the number of bedrooms your apartment must have, and the amenities that you couldn’t do without.

You can specify that only apartments which come with air conditioning be included on your search results. You can focus your search on apartments where pets are allowed. You can look for apartments that have got their own parking. And so on. The idea is to let you find rentals that fit your budget, your needs and even your tastes.

For now, Mapitat is only available in San Francisco and Toronto. But more and more American cities are meant to be added in the weeks to come, so it shouldn?t be that long before you can use it to find a place to rent where you live.
