Its objective is to reduce the incidence of alcohol and drug abuse in the community, and lead to a healthier and safer environment. The available services are spotlighted in the corresponding part of the site, and they include conscience-raising campaigns and a prevention resource center that stands as a clearinghouse for printed material appertaining to alcohol, tobacco and other drugs and substances.
