Goodzer.com – Find Where To Buy Things Locally

Goodzer.comGoodzer is a search engine that answers a very direct question, namely where to shop for items locally. The objective of Goodzer is to become the tool that you resort to when wanting to buy consumer goods of every type, and not merely electronics and the kind of items that you can get at the mall. No, the idea here is to let you find where to buy just whatever you need, from food and clothes to gardening tools and collectibles.

In order to do so, Goodzer is building up a database that includes as many small retailers as possible, in addition to malls and big stores.

The direct consequence of this is that for the time being only a limited territory is being covered. Specifically, Goodzer covers the following parts of NYC: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Staten Island. Hopefully, more territories will begin being covered before too long, even though the inclusion process has to be time-demanding by definition. Also, I wonder if a bookmarklet is ever going to be provided.

Goodzer.com In Their Own Words

We started Goodzer in 2010 for two reasons: we needed to buy some things locally but had no clue where to find them . . . and the Internet offered no solution. There was no app for that.

Why Goodzer.com It Might Be A Killer

It is a likeable idea – currently, people can only buy online the kind of items that can be found at malls.
