Zoomf.com is a UK site that lets users find properties with exact details and doesn’t clutter the search with obvious rejects.

By typing in the preferred area or neighborhood, Zoomf searches through the consistently updated database that is formed by ¨crawling¨ London based estate agents and posting their availabilities. Posts are accompanied by true and clear descriptions as well as photos. Searches can be vague or specific. For example, a detailed oriented user can search for properties that are ¨unique¨, ¨quirky¨, or ¨open-plan¨. There are many other features to search with including homes with parking, a garden, etc. Zoomf.com additionally provides users with excellent maps powered by Google that show property locations in comparison to other available properties. Using social bookmarking is a way for internet users to store, classify, share and search internet bookmarks, allowing users to create notes and send them to interested parties. Zoomf.com makes searching for a place to buy or rent very easy and puts the user in direct contact with the estate agent.

¨ An idea is born to create a Google-like technology using a 3rd party. Mike recalls David's ThinkingCap excitement and soon walks through the doors of the Fruit and Wool Exchange to meet Dr Dave Romano-Critchley and Rod Dowler of ThinkingCap. Two years, and several projects, later Rod, Mike and Dr Dave launch their own start-up and on May 24th, 2006 the beta version of zoomf.com is born. Almost a year to the day, Zoomf stepped out of beta, ready to do battle with the property portals and bring the power of search to the UK property sector.¨

By clarifying desires such as price, style, location, and special features, the user feels their search is more personally directed and they will not be wasting their time checking out innapropriate posts. Additionally, what a relief to be put directly in contact with the estate agent.

Currently Zoomf.com is extending to cover the entire UK, is it possible to include other cities or countries in the future? Will the properties also be extended to rooms?
