Online Game Challenger (aka, OGC) allows users to place bets on games. In order to access the service, you must extract files from a zip file, which immediately raises red flags. This does not seem a bonafide startup or website, and from what I understood, any kind of online betting was not allowed. Then again, I could easily be wrong. The point is that the site was completely vague and inaccessible. I had no options for exploring the site without putting my personal computer at risk or in possession of numerous unwanted files. The traffic is not very high, so it doesn"t seem to be attracting the attention of their wanted clientele, and I don"t know about the legality of their services.

What in the world is this site exactly? Who are the people behind it? Is it legal? Why can you only access information if you download their extractable zip files?
