A Dutch start-up, ‘True Size’ is developing a service whereby full-scale pictures of products that can be bought at any store are displayed at their actual size. The objective of this solution is a clear one: increasing the satisfaction of customers by providing them with an accurate impression of what to expect if they place an order through the WWW.

True size ends with a consumer's need to visit a regular (offline) shop to see what a product really looks like. This in turn will boost any web shop's conversion rates.

True Size is already available in two incarnations, “True size Plug-in” and “True size Custom-made”. The former is meant to be implemented in popular web shop applications such as Magento and osCommerce, whereas the latter will be the one for other webshops. Note that for a limited time the True size Plug-in can be implemented at no cost whatsoever.

Lastly, a plethora of examples can be checked at www.truesize.nl/en. Several full-sized product displays are there for you to check out. The site is available both in English and in Dutch, too.
