“Our objectives are: to promote object exchange at a global level, try to make the platform friendly and accessible, as well as safe and fast, don't treat objects as simple things: bring them to life, give them feelings, situations... move and follow them around the world, find out what they have turned into through numerous exchanges, establish relationships through objects, collections or hobbies, proliferating groups of people with the same tastes and interests. Bartering offers you an alternative power, one of equality and solidarity in the hands of your own community.
Why it might be a killer
In today’s consumer world, people often lose interest in the things that they have bought very quickly. A site that enables people to trade these goods for other goods could end up being successful.
Some questions
There isn’t any information on the site about how transportation costs will be handled. Who will pay to ship the goods from one place to the next? The site is based in Spain and therefore if you don’t speak Spanish you will find it difficult to read about the products. Will they be trying to market this in the US?
