In their own words
“The secret to building a successful online business is focusing on what you do well and getting other people to take care of the rest. Creating great content, looking after customers and assimilating into the online community all result in making you money. Hosting, security, upgrades and other “techy” stuff contribute nothing toward generating revenue - so get someone else to manage them. Invest at the outset in a solution and a company that will grow with your business needs.”
Why it might be a killer
The SubHub product is well developed and extremely customer-oriented. From the first step, Sub Hub makes users feel comfortable and taken care of, whether they are Beginner Users, Advanced Users, or Publishers. Yet although the product is on par, the website is crowded with text, and the exact point of how the company functions is difficult to grasp at initial viewing.
Some questions
How may the site be revamped to most effectively communicate with site visitors? How can SubHub’s website more simply and directly state the purpose and services of the firm? Should a live demo be added to the website and replace the salesperson interaction of viewing a demonstration of the service?
