Who doesn't like a deal? Why pay more when you could be paying less, perhaps much less? If you're always looking for a bargain, SmartShopper should be your next destination. Based in Israel, SmartShopper is a browser plug-in which detects products on any webpage and which brings up a sidebar showcasing the best prices, selected after scanning thousands of merchants. SmartShopper only kicks in on e-commerce sites and only when it finds a match for the product you're looking at. Other features include manual search, snooze for those times you don't require SmartShopper, and customization options, e.g. shipping cost calculations, default airport codes, type of vendor sites. The plug-in is lightweight at only .5mb and it works with IE—a version for Firefox is coming soon.
