In their own words
"Launched in March 1996, RustyZipper.Com was the web's first vintage clothing store. In the past nine years, we've outgrown the spare closet & now have a 5,500 sq foot warehouse full of amazing stuff. We have thousands (over 16,000 at last count) of one-of-a-kind vintage clothing items from the 1940's through 1970's, all available to view & order online. Our warehouse is located just outside of the rural farm town of Scotts Mills, Oregon (population 300). Sorry, our warehouse is not open to the public.
Our Clothes
Hawaiian Shirts, gabardine jackets, rayon neckties, bellbottoms, polyester disco shirts, lesuire suits, you name it!
You'll find thousands of unique vintage clothing items from the 1940's through 1970's. Most items are close to flawless and very reasonably priced."
Why it might be a killer
The great selection of clothing available at this shop, plus the fact that the pricing is very reasonable (you can get a party dress for $15-40, and men's pants cost something around $25-50) make it up to become the next killer startup.
Some questions
The one downside to this shop is that is does not allow people who have stuff to sale submit them. That way they could really enlarge the amount of customers, and who knows what more wonderful stuff they could retrieve!
