RedisWhite is a t-shirt company that lets its community help design and pick which images are printed on the shirts. Similar to Threadless, designers can submit their creations to the site.

The team behind the site chooses which are worthy of being posted on the site to be voted on by the community. Based on those votes, the team selects which are the chosen ones to actually be printed. The designers that get their shirt selected win $400 in cash and $100 in store credit, plus if/after 250 shirts are bought, they make $2 for every next shirt. All shirts are designed based on a faith-inspired idea, and if you have an idea for a shirt but aren’t a designer, you can post your thoughts to help bring inspiration to someone who can actually create a design. If your scripture, song lyrics, poem, quote, or whatever else is used verbatim, you also earn a cash prize. The site is attractive and easy to use. The designs in the catalogue are all well done, and they have a theme that makes them differ from the general silly slogans and designs found on other t-shirt community driven design online stores. They have a great promotion currently where design submissions that are of a certain quality are awarded with an iPod shuffle so as to encourage more top notch designs for their new site.
