If you're looking to buff up and shed some serious pounds, you probably want to think about enlisting the help of a personal trainer. However, that can get pricey. HyperStrike, an online fitness site, offers workout solutions at more manageable prices. Designed by a motley crew of coaches, personal trainers, athletes, and exercise scientists, HyperStrike's system is a personalized approach to toning up and slimming down that lets you enter in your goals and personal information to generate a workout program customized specifically for you. The approach is three-pronged; the site focuses on weight reduction, physical conditioning, and sports performance. The service features a "personal fitness dashboard to track progress and measure performance, a personal training planner that outlines each day's workout, an exercise lab with explanatory videos and instructions, and a searchable database for independent workouts. Too busy to read your daily workout instructions? Not a good excuse; Hyperstrike has downloadable podcasts for the time-strapped individual. If this sounds like something you're interested in, you can try HyperStrike for free for 14 days. After that, you'll need to subscribe to one of the three plans: 3 months (US $29.95), 6 months (US $49.95), or a year (US $149.95).

|
The 6-month plan less than twice the price of the 3-month plan, but the 12-month price is more than double the cost of the 6-month one; why wouldn't someone just continuously subscribe in six-month intervals?

| The 12 month plan offers a lot more one-on-one coaching options and unlimited consultations, hence the premium price. | ||

| Hyperstrike is a good tool to add to your motivational arsenal for fitness. I am an avid former athlete who wants to age graciously and this site has helped me kick up my workouts a notch. Check out my blog at http://bodyafterbaby.blogspot.com/. | ||

| I have been using Hyperstrike.com to lose the baby weight I packed on with my daughter in 2006. I have been a religious user now for over a year and have had great results. I am now only 10 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and 15 pounds away from my goal weight. I really like it because it is flexible and if I can't make it to the gym I simply modify my profile to "no equipment needed" and can still work out at home with the exercises given to me instead of ones with machines. It Rocks! Go Hyperstrike! | ||
