In their own words
"HappyBirthday.com was started for one simple reason: I always forget birthdays. From family to friends to clients, I was terrible at remembering and keeping up with everyone's birthday - it was embarrassing. So I started this site.
Since then, the site has grown and improved. We've added our own high quality e-cards, expanded our reminder services to include cell phones and will be adding more unique e-cards, discounts, plus
added features to reminders.
Our mission is to build something that has REAL value to our visitors and members. A site that gives without asking for anything in return. We won't sell your info to spammers..that's a guarantee. We just want to be the best birthday web site. Our name demands it! "
Why it might be a killer
HappyBirthday.com has every birthday resource available, but the site developers have clearly thought out each tiny part from start to finish. The best example is the free language service that teachers users how to say "Happy Birthday" in over 75 languages. Not only are the words written out but each one has a sound track so users can be sure that they're speaking correctly.
Some questions
Are there plans to add categories that separate birthday information by age group?
