Rather than having to search for hours looking for just the right hours and schedule, they can simply come to this site and save time. Employers can also find workers to work seasonally, virtually or on a one time basis.
This site would do well to add more networking features—profiles, discussion groups, blogs. Also editorial content about finding jobs and balancing work and home life would make the site more rounded. Currently, there aren’t many jobs posted.
