Apexbattery.com - Power your life, work & play

    Apexbattery

Apexbattery.com is a new online store featuring batteries for all needs: specializing in batteries for IT industry (cell phones, laptops and camcorders), you will also be able to find batteries for specific brands and makers (IBM, Sony, Hewlett Packard, Dell, etc.), but also for larger electronically-operated devices like hearing aids, lightalarms and emergency signs, wheelchairs, golf carts, medical industry, motorcycles and boats. This cool store not only carries stock for all sorts of appliances, but also different kind of batteries, like lithium, solar panels, Alkaline, NiMH, NiCad, etc.

A good thing about this shop is that although it focuses on batteries, it sells other accessories for electronic appliances, thus making Apexbattery.com a good place to start your add-on parts shopping.

Why it might be a killer

The impressive and diverse stock at Apexbattery.com and their customer-oriented outlook is a good plus on this site, and what can probably set them as the next killer startup.

    Some questions

A bit of a downside to Apexbattery.com is the fact that it does not provide a directory of fitters for rather sophisticated batteries, like one for a motor-home. Although it is clear that is not their responsibility, one is inclined to think that if anyone goes around trying to install the new stuff and gets it wrong, the warranty may not cover it, so uploading a list of authorised mechanics or technicians would be a good way of minimizing warranty problems.
