ActiveReception is a business app which enables customers to connect with company representatives directly from the site. Essentially, it’s online chat except that the operators have real time information about their visitors, meaning they can offer help and better inform them about their needs. Site visitors initiate the conversation via a live chat button provided by ActiveReception. Ready content which consist of one or more lines—for greeting, answering questions, or other content—can be implemented to improve response time; additionally, uploaded files, urls and documents such as brochures or case studies can provided during the chat.
