YDP contracts directly with patients/customers through the Internet and other technologies to deliver quality care that is accessible. If a customer already has insurance, they offer a valuable second opinion on care options and coordination of care. They offer real value, fast, direct, impartial guidance on existing care methods. YDP offers two services: 1. Patient with all the physicians involved. As an example, you are a baby boomer, your parent is sick, they live in another state, YDP can help. They will contact all their doctors and provide a comprehensive analysis of the care plan. They will coordinate the plan with all the primary care and specialty physicians and assure that outcomes of care are managed. (Services available in USA and internationally). 2. Primary care. If you are unsatisfied with your current HMO, doctor or care plan, YDP will provide a primary care physician and assistant for your needs. They do not deal with insurance firms, only directly with the patient. (Services currently available only in the state of Texas).
