You can browse through the lists by looking through the newest, most visited, and hottest lists. You can also search for a list topic. Every list also has a forum where users can discuss the topic. In order to votes on the lists and create your own you must register. The list topics range from who is the hottest girl? To which is the best antivirus? The site is available in Catalan, Spanish and English.

The English translation could use a little help. Although there is a range of topics it is a bit male focused with many who is the sexiest lists and well as sports lists.
