    The mission of this web-based endeavor is a simple and noble one: to solve problems afflicting the whole world by creating a public computing grid. This approach involves individuals contributing their unused computer time for projects that benefit humanity.
    Becoming a member is very easy, and once you have done so you can install the software that is provided. This software will then work on the background and use the available resources to fuel the research and development of the various projects of this non-profit endeavor.

    These are actually listed on the site, and they include “Nutritious Rice for the World”, “Help Conquer Cancer” and “Discovering Dengue Drugs”. Videos are likewise included on the site for you to have a good umbrella knowledge of how these projects are being implemented.

    Lastly, researchers that want to submit ideas that could benefit humanity via grid technology can do so through the site. Just follow the link that is provided on the main page.
