In their own words
“As an avid Wikipedia user himself, WikiVotr founder Grant Bartone wanted to create a website where Wikipedia users could come to discuss interesting Wikipedia articles and also discover new articles that others though were interesting. Grant is also a fan of the social bookmarking site Digg, and thought that a similar voting system would be the best way to easily find Wikipedia articles based on popularity.
Why it might be a killer
The site is clean looking and easy to use, which makes finding new information and articles a simple task so that you can focus more on the content. Wikipedia is huge and it´s constantly growing, so having a place to check out what´s new on the site and what is worth reading is a great resource.
Some questions
How are they planning on marketing themselves, because right now there´s not much going on on the site? Will people use this source, or keep to broader sources like dig, and keep to using Wikipedia only for specific searches?
