Webjam.com - It Does It All

    webjam

Webjam hails from the Old World but it´s got some serious, fresh goods to dazzle your neurons. It´s a veritable Renaissance web tool that´s loaded with Web 2.0 toys. You can make a blog, a web page, a profile; there are apps for sharing photos and videos; chat it up with your community, debate about current events, manage your personal life or business, promote goings-on or projects, meet and greet friendly faces, publicise your latest oeuvreâ€"the list goes on and on. Check out some examples like http://www.webjam.com/danielamen/cafeole/ or http://www.webjam.com/coctel/home/. This mashup is worth a look.

    In their own words

“We make it easy for our users to aggregate and share content with the communities they create and join, giving them the tools to share what they discover, helping them to organise information and relationships.

Why it might be a killer

Webjam looks good; the interface looks intuitive and therefore everyman friendly. Webjam has a huge assortment of tools that even the other 2.0 juggernauts lack. Also its got that community oriented vibe that pleases both youngsters and the older crowd.

    Some questions

Perhaps there are too many things going on at once; like those old vcr/tv combos that break easily, will Webjam become a warren-like mess of tools? Will it stack up against the time tested MySpace or newly popularized Vox?
