The title of this site says it all, really – it is an online resource where you can find tweets posted by people who are giving items away. The main page comprises a list of tweets which is updated in real time, and by giving it a quick glance you can see what are these items you can get your hands on for free.

In actuality, the site collates together any tweet that seems to include words like “free” and “freebie”. Take a look at these tweets that were featured on the main page when I last checked it out: “Just bought a twitter app for my phone. Hope its better then the freebie app” and “Will Oracle kill MySQL or use it as an entry level freebie for new users and then upgrade them to Oracle DB for $$$. My bet is on the later”. Granted, tweets like these ones were not that many, but I spotted a few like them when I was reviewing the site.

Still, that doesn’t detract from the overall concept, and the site does what it sets out to do in a timely fashion. If you are looking for free stuff on the WWW, you could do a lot worse than visiting this site.
