    Twinzer.com - A Stoked Community

Twinzer is a new action sports community aiming to connect all adrenaline junkies through one network. You can watch videos of someone kite surfing next to a glacier that has a piece fall off, causing a huge splash, or someone doing a 1080 on their BMX bike, or you can upload your own.

Users can make playlists of all of their favorite tunes, the kind of which you could imagine being the soundtrack to the extreme sport videos. If you have pictures of yourself surfing or performing some sort of killer stunt, you can post those for everyone to see and admire as well. Each different sport area has its own page, such as surfboarding, snowboarding, dirt biking and more. The individual pages basically select the various clips, photos, events, and members specific to the genres found on the site and group them all under their main heading. You can also find action sports news, groups you can join based on the action sports that interest you, places to battle out for the best photo or video, an area for people to find each other and meet up, and a spot to post your old skis or board up for sale. So if you’re into extreme action sports, and are the kind of person that uses the words stoked and gnarly, this is the community for you.

    Twinzer.com In their own words

“Twinzer was created by two action sports enthusiasts. One of our founders is an avid surfer who has traveled around the world chasing waves. The other is a dedicated wakeboarder. Both partners share the vision to make Twinzer a place where the endemic action sports community comes together with those paving the way in sports just starting to get exposure. While the "X-games" sports participants will make up our largest segment of users we extend our community to Kiteboarders, Wakekiters, Wakeskaters, Snowmobilers and others who are not yet mainstream action sports. We see these as sports that will eventually capture the imagination of many and therefore have created a home for them.

Our philosophy is that Twinzer should become a place where the action sports community exposes its talents, promoting themselves (or their business), and having fun while doing it. We will always strive to provide the newest features and make them easy to use.

From all of us at Twinzer we hope you enjoy your experience and encourage you to let us know what you think or want from our site.”

Why Twinzer.com might be a killer

The site is well organized and has interesting content to check out. It’s easy for people to find their little niche and grow a network from there. Once more people sign up and get involved, I could see this as the go to site for all action sports because of the many possibilities you can use the site for. They also already have a ton of niche advertising already and the site has just launched.

    Some questions about Twinzer.com

How will they spread the word of their site so that people will start getting involved and contribute to the content that is a little lacking in amount right now?
