Getting to your hotel only to find out it´s in the middle of the most unsafe neighborhood in the city, with stains on the sheets, and has a décor that hasn´t been changed since the 60´s is a thing of the past. When you use Trivop, you can choose your hotel by looking at the videos people have entered showing what the place looks like and where it´s situated. The site uses Google Maps to help you find the hotels close to the area you desire with ease. They also use TripAdvisor to give you added content and reviews of the hotels.

This is an extremely useful tool for travelers and gives them a sense of security when booking a place to stay from afar. The content is of high quality and easy to use. When they implement other features, such as allowing users to upload their own videos so that travelers can check out what hoteliers have posted versus what customers have found, that will be a great feature. Hotels will want to get videos posted touring their facilities to help market themselves to travelers. Once this site is up and running with a bunch of content, not having a video posted will be a huge disadvantage to hotels and so they will pay for the posting.
Some questions

Will they aggregate with more third party sources to increase useful content for travelers? How will they keep the quality of their videos that they have now as the site expands? How do they plan on marketing themselves to other locations besides Paris?
