Just because This* as an entity was created in February doesn't mean we don't have the experience we say we do. As our website clearly states, we have experience working for other hosts and providing other management.2. A BBB seal is absolutely no indication of the quality of a hosting company. If it was, please explain why some of the largest hosting companies in the world don't have a BBB seal?3. We have no postal address or telephone contact number because it isn't necessary. We are a hosting company providing a digital (Internet based) service, and as a result we utilise online methods of communication. Tens of thousands of startups operate on an "Internet only" basis in order to reduce costs. Comparitively, I can again provide you with a list of 10 or so extremely well known hosts that also do not have a telephone contact number, nor a postal address.4. No, ThisWebHost was not just created by developers. It's a combination of many people with vast experience in the hosting and site development industry.Do you have any other questions or concerns I can address? | ||
