TheRentables.com - Finding Property To Rent Online

    therentables

The Rentables is a new portal that aims to deliver housing information in a more focused context than a mere search tool. The main asset of this system is that instead of providing a search functionality it gives users an “explore” feature that displays all the property within a specific region, along with filters in order to streamline the results which are displayed.
The idea is to dispense with search forms (which are tedious, notwithstanding how effective they can be) and provide a more natural and easy-to-use solution where the interested party can swap between location, unit size, price and so forth effortlessly.

Moreover, an “ExploreYour Neighboorhood” feature employs Google Maps and Street View in order to give users everywhere an even more contextualized experience, and one that gives them a clear overview of where any property is in relation to points of interest such as schools, churches and even bus stops.

The resulting data is presented in real-time, too. That means a unit is removed from the database the moment the property is rented. That was only to be expected, but it is important to mention it so that you have an even better understanding of the service’s overall reliability.

    In their own words

“The Rentables takes a fundamentally different approach to rental property listings to deliver the most relevant, accurate and comprehensive housing information to anyone at any time.”

Why it might be a killer

Those looking for property to rent are certain to appreciate the practicality of exploring units in real time like this.

    Some questions

Is the whole world covered by this system, or only specific locations?
