Solucija is a Croatian startup whose main feature is its database of free and commercial XHTML and CSS templates, but also offers links to other sites that might be helpful in the web design process (links to other CSS-relates sites, etc). Each template (free or otherwise) has a thumbnail and blow-up preview and is ready to download and use. Solucija also features a forum where site visitors can asks questions related to web design to other users. There is also a separate forum, which you’ll need to be a member of if you want to access it. Apart from templates, Solucijan offers sNews (Solucija News), which is a customizable CMS tool “suitable for developers with beginner-to-advanced PHP skills”.

Solucija is a good site for the semi-advanced web designers who are familiar with PHP and comfortable using a site that does not offer a lot of instruction. It offers a decent amount of free and commercial templates.

Some users will shy away from the somewhat intimidating language; does Solucija plan on catering toward a more casual clientele in the future? Right now it would be a difficult site for the average web page constructor to navigate and use successfully.
