Beyond the networking function, there is a job search tool, email messaging, generous cargo space, and a map tool. SMEO offers a free, professional, and recruiter’s edition of the program.

SMEO weeds out anyone that is not an expert in their field in order to provide recruiters with experienced talent. It also allows industry veterans a forum to interact among themselves. This kind of direct access is difficult to find on a traditional job site.
