Choose your destination and the google map will take you there. You will get a visual of the geographic location along with icons that represent ski resorts. Click on an icon and see important skiing information, such as, snow base measurements, weather forecast, resort conditions, and any comments others have submitted. Contribute your comments as well. If you recently went to a ski resort and have useful information to give, share it. If you are not quite sure where you want to go, look through the popular searches and see if they interest you. "Ski Bonk is a mashup of SnoCountry, OnTheSnow, Weather Underground, the National Weather Service, and several other data feeds to provide a graphical view of worldwide skiing conditions on a google map. Use the dropdown box on the right hand of the screen to select a data set, and then click a column header in the detail box to visually display that information on the map. Use the 'Snowcast' feature to plot expected snow at each ski resort. "

Skibonk.com has a mobile interface so you can receive all the information you get from SkiBonk on your mobile. There is also a photo blogging feature which lets you share photos and send comments. Connect with others and give tips as to where the best slopes are. Any site with a google map feature is great; you get a visual idea of where you are traveling and how far away it is from everything else.

SkiBonk.com let anyone make comments on locations and resorts, but adding more Web 2.0 functions would allow users to make friends and create a dialogue. The site could include more media like ski videos or slide shows.
