Basically, if you're having trouble with any code, in any language Ruby, Python, Perl, etc., submit your question with a screenshot and wait for the wise crowd to help you out. Ugly code, no more, voila. Other site features: ability to split your code in sections with 150+ syntaxes supported, trackback, Atom feeds, OpenID, and badges for the top refractorers. Browse the site by best, most popular, codes and refactorings. Ruby seems to be the most popular item, but there's a lot to choose from.

"If there's one thing that current blogs suck at it's sharing code. Ok, some have plugins to highlight code in your post, but what about the comments? Blogging is all about having conversations! How many times have you seen on blogs the author asking to replace > and < with something else. Oh! and forget about indentation HTML eats those, Wordpress replace " with some weird character, etc, etc and etc! (etc)
