According to Wikipedia, Quacko’s the “human duck’ character in a Swedish comic—whatever that is. Let’s just call it a site for complaints. Quacko, brought to you by a few blokes from the UK, is a ingenious little website where you can voice your complaints. It’s easy, just sign up and write a ‘quack’ or a short story telling why you’re peeved. Fellow users can comment and commiserate. Don’t worry, complaining doesn’t cost a thing.
