PownceMeme.com - Tracking Memes on Pownce

Pownce is of course the social networking/microblogging site which revolves around the sending of things—messages, links, files and events. PownceMeme is a site which collects all the interesting stuff you put on Pownce—it’s essentially tracking concepts as manifested on Pownce. All items are rated—the top 15 are shown on the homepage. Each links back to the original source as well as the Pownce member page from which they came. You’ll find the user name, number of stars, recipients, and replies below the link, photo or video posted on the site—these are also how the items are rated. There are feeds for links, photos, and the two combined.

This is one thing Pownce hasn’t quite gotten to, which makes PownceMeme relevant. It’s not a bad way to find out interesting new things splashing about in the Pownce world. Also, makes for a good way to meet new people.

The site really doesn’t have anything remarkable to keep people coming back. It doesn’t show similar stories, nor does it tell you who has the most influences or highest ratings.
