Oncero is an invite-only job networking service which connects qualified employees with interested employers via a third party: trusted contacts. The site works by allowing users (not only employers and recruiters) to post job opportunities, much like Doostang's system. Once someone has posted a vacancy, he or she can share it with individuals or groups on Oncero as he or she sees fit (since Oncero is a private community, of course these postings will not be seen by any outside parties). On the employer end of things, Oncero helps businesses connect with qualified, referred candidates. In turn, this hiring system allows employers to accrue a database of reliable references. To help encourage members to post jobs, Oncero offers a referral rewards program for all leads that end in a hire. Currently, Oncero is only operating in private beta.

Sites like Oncero ensure quality of job candidates by restricting membership and only allowing job postings by said members. The site functions a lot like competitor Doostang, however, one thing that sets Oncero from other such similar sites is the referral rewards system. This extra incentive might encourage more people to take interest in Oncero and also keep the site expanding by posting jobs.

It's hard to say how well Oncero functions, as it's still in private beta. To me, it seems a whole lot like Doostang's and it's unclear whether the referral rewards program offers anything different than Doostang's system, which, unlike Oncero, is not named a "reward program" per se. What are these "rewards" like? If they are limited to simply becoming an accredited member and allowing you access to otherwise restricted interest groups on the site, I doubt this will be enough to rocket Oncero into the same level of popularity as its competition.
