You may want to check out what other people are doing via the "Buddies" feature, which lets you add friends with similar workout interests. If you're a workout beginner, you can also find out what types of exercises will help you reach your goal through the site's search feature (for example, a search for "pecs" yields the names of exercises that will work your chest muscles).
