Kerpoof.com - Educational, Yet Fun Apps for Kids

    kerpoof

Kerproof is an entertaining yet mentally stimulating website for children. Utterly kid-friendly what with its vivid avatars and rounded lettering, the site offers a wealth of activity that will keep the kids busy for hours. The site lets children create stories, cards, movies, and share with friends. Kerpoof's ultimate goal is to integrate learning with fun while teaching kids computer skills. Children are given the chance to flex their creative skills, making up tales and designing little movies with pretty cool special effects too boot. The movie making tool uses Flash; kids can move objects into the screen and add background music. Kerpoof is free, and there's even a section for teachers with Kerpoof based lesson plans included.
