Justmeans has a lot of resources and features but the site is very organized and instead of feeling overwhelmed you can easily find all of the content you are looking for. The job search area is a great addition users can actually take a step towards their goal by finding meaningful employment. Justmeans could include an introductory video which explains all of the features. The search engine is useful but when I entered New York as the location a list of jobs in many different US cities appeared. I am not interested in opportunities in Phoenix.
