JobScore is a collaborative network for employers, to help them find the best candidates for an open position. The site helps employers to easily publish job ads to top career sites like Monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist, HotJobs, and Linked In, through a streamlined process. As an employer, you can also use JobScore to rank important criteria, and the site will feed you the best-matched candidates. The collaborative part comes in when employers share resumes of candidates that are not the right fit for their job opening, but may match with someone else on the network. This is called the JobScore SHARE plan, and for every resume you share, you receive one credit. Contacting candidates on JobScore costs you credits. Employers who do not want to share resumes (or who do not share as many resumes as candidates they’d like to contact) can purchase credits. A candidate who applies through a career site like Monster or CareerBuilder must agree to have their resume shared for other job openings, or job seekers can upload their resume directly to JobScore.com.
