Why it might be a killer
JobEnable.com has an attractive interface with bold colors. The logo is also very attractive and creative. The site is easy to navigate and has clearly marked sections for job seekers and employers. You can enlarge the font size which is a nice feature in case a job seeker has difficulty reading small font. It is great that job seekers can post their resume and search for jobs in their state. Employers can post job listings and browse through the posted resumes. JobEnable.com helps both employers and job seekers get what they want.
Some questions
JobEnable.com could feature a page with general job application tips, such as different resume formats, etc.. JobEnable.com could also add some Web 2.0 features such as a community where members could help each other find jobs and give referrals.
