ITKong.com a fun interface, I enjoy the image of the gorilla on the homepage. The site is easy to navigate with all of its content, clearly organized. The job search is very thorough with many listings in most major cities. ItKong.com is an interesting site because it is IT, job focused but also has a social aspect where you can search for a relationship or friend near you.

ITKong.com is pretty unfinished, the site has no information in its "about us" and "FAQ" section. It is important to have information about your site so that users with any questions can get some ideas on the site. ITKong.com could add groups for the community to join and therefore create more communication between users. Also there could be more commenting so that users could voice their opinion on certain opportunities.
