InputLadder.com - An Anonymous Feedback System

    inputladder

No matter where you work, no matter your position, and no matter how genial the environment is on the whole, there are things that you always keep to yourself even when asked by your employer. As employees, we all have more than a couple of ideas for making the workplace better yet we are adamant to communicating them. I guess it is all a matter of self-preservation. The result is that feedback which is valuable becomes never expressed, and things remain as they always were.

That is why a site like the one being reviewed like one is intrinsically attractive. Named Input Ladder, it will enable employees to provide their insight and feedback in an anonymous manner. The site has two main sections: one for employers to sign up, and other for employees to submit their suggestions.

I don’t know how many people will take to this, or rather how many employers are going to sign up. The fact remains that they just like to do without criticism. Maybe a system like this one can go some way into making that mentality give way to a more appropriate conception of every workplace. In the end, a more thorough understanding of what any team wants can but lead to a better performance. That is all that should matter, really.

    In their own words

“The Input Ladder connects employees and management through anonymous communication. Input Ladder is the ideal employee feedback system. Easy & convenient.”

Why it might be a killer

Anonymous feedback is the only viable option more than often for most employees. They wouldn’t do it any other way.

    Some questions

What would it take for such a system to become massive?
