appspot.com was recently launched and it can be described as a mini web-app. Sleeves was designed with the main intention to simplify the weather forecast to the maximum.

There is very basic information that you need to input in order to get the results - just your zip code suffices. In addition to this, you will get answers like:”wear long sleeves”, “wear short sleeves”, go sleeveless and “wear 2-layers”.
