Now you don’t have to waste minutes on the phone with a machine. Get Human wants to help. Get Human is a recently revamped website designed with the consumer in mind. To put it briefly, it lists cheat codes to get through to real, live, talking humans for hundreds of companies ranging from 1-800- Flowers to United Airlines. Get Human also has a list of caller tips as well consumer ratings for each company. The service is free to use.

Why it might be a killer
Get Human is a clever way to try and beat the phone systems that have become a standard evil and burden when it comes to customer service. It provides tips and a lot of useful information on how to get what you want faster.
