FinanciFY.com - Keep Up with Your Finances

    financify

Whether you like it or not, the only one responsible for your finances is you, so there is no time like the present to get yourself organized. Financify.com is an easy and cheap option for people who are not "number people." Users start by importing all data that is already in programs such as Quicken and MS Money that exports information using QIF/QFX format. For users who have not done any previous finance related management, Financify.com will also import data directly from any bank accounts using OFX or OFX file formats. (These scary sounding abbreviations are just programs that need to be downloaded from the Internet.) Daily transactions that are paid in cash or check have to be input manually, however creating categories is easy and users can even attach memos. Financify.com now has all of the integrals to create charts and reports to help users manage and understand his or her finances. Those who used to be baffled by their multi-page bank statement and empty pockets will now have the power and support to stay in the green.

    In their own words

"Our purpose and goal for building financify is to simplify the way you manage your finances. The personal financial management tools that are available today are very complex and fill with unnecessary features that you may never use, so we decided to build one with only the necessities - intentionally!!!"

Why it might be a killer

Financify.com will be a hit with young people who have no idea how to manage their finances and families who need to keep track of group spending. The prices are reasonable and the program displays the final reports and charts in a dummy-proof manner.

    Some questions

There are many online finance resources already, how does Financify plan to differentiate itself from the pack?
