Need public affirmation of your looks? A friend’s looks? How about a new lover? If you want to know what other people think of you , a friend or acquaintance, head to FaceStat.com. They’ll give you an answer. FaceStat is kind of like last year’s popular site, Hot or Not. You submit a picture and the folks at Amazon’s Mechanical Turk (ie you and me) will judge the pics based on a number of criteria including, intelligence, weight, attractiveness, trustworthiness, intoxication, and ethnicity among others. The stats are splashed across your pics and you can click on particular stats to view the exact percentages. You can also upload pics directly from your Facebook and compare how people rank two different self-portraits. Currently, you can upload one pic for free.

“Upload a picture of you or one of your friends, and we'll ask a bunch people questions like, "How old does this person look?" or "Does this person seem trustworthy?". Within a couple hours, you will have detailed statistics about how people feel about the picture you provide.”

Will this be as popular as Hot or Not? Is the use of Mechanical Turk the best way to go about it? Will users want to pay?
