Cafe-List.com - The Place for all Coffee and Tea News

    cafe-list

Café-List.com is the place for all things coffee, tea, and café related. This is the place to find out the latest industry news and trends on your favorite beverages. You can also get recipes to spice up the drink of your choice. Looking for a new café to check out? Search here. Have a café or tea or coffee product you want to get more visibility from drink lovers (in the non-alcoholic sense)? Post it or get it reviewed here. Soon they will be launching their new web 2.0 version of the site. This will make the site into an actual community, with the ability to blog, add photos and videos, chat, and network about caffeinated products. There´ll also be an event calendar where you can get info on the upcoming coffee, tea, and café related events, and maybe you can create your own to enjoy new sippable treats with your new café-list friends. There will be other features as well, some of which are too “secret” for them to even announce yet. So if you´re a caffeinated beverage fanatic, or just enjoy the general ambiance of a café, check out Café-List.com to keep up to date on the latest happenings.

    In their own words

“Café-List.com is your premiere online resource for cafés, internet cafés, coffeehouses & tea rooms in your area. Here you can read up on the latest coffee related news, find out about upcoming cafe events or try out tea & coffee recipes.

Why it might be a killer

There are other blogs that talk about coffee, tea, and cafes, but none of them have reached the web 2.0 level, which will give Café-List.com the edge. They already have tons of advertising going on, all related to beverages. Tea and coffee are generally expensive if you go to the classic café, so paying $40 for a review on the site would be worth it for people trying to market their beverage products or new coffeehouse.

    Some questions

Could they make the site a bit more homie feeling in the way that cafes generally feel, such as a darker pallet of colors? How will they expand the site features? Will they make a café listing available based on your location?
