If you are looking for a property, all you have to do is create a free profile, and include criterion for the estate you desire to purchase. Reverse that, and if you are the seller this time, you can seek out buyers and send them information, photos, or a virtual flyer to their personal email account provided for by the website. Currently Buyer Hunt is still in beta and currently has most of its listings in the Pheonix, Arizona region, although wherever you are in the US you will be able to sign up and use the service free of charge. Once the seller has contacted the buyer, it is up to the buyer to initiate conversation with the seller, and then from there you´re only a few steps away from your dream crib.
